The chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Chidi Lloyd, has warned traditional rulers and Community Development Committees across the area against recruiting youths in their communities to form a local security outfit, OSPAC.
Dr Lloyd in a statement said some traditional rulers have sent notorious cultists for training in Omoku to confront the local government vigilante.
He said the dissolution of OSPAC in the LGA still stands and called on security agencies to be on red alert.
Recall there was sabotage of security by some cult group in the Local Government Area before activities of OSPAC was dissolved.
