President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the Senate seeking the confirmation of seven ministerial nominees to replace those who resigned to vie for office of the president or Governorship in their various state.
The name nominated to replace Rotimi Amaechi the former minister of transportation from River State is Hon. Odum Udi.
Odum Udi the a former Local Government chairman of Abua/Odua during RT honourable Rotimi Amaechi's second tenure in office and presently leader of APC in Abua/Odua LGA.
The nominees are:
1. Henry Ikechukwu – Abia State
2. Umana Okon Umana – Akwa-Ibom State
3. Ekuma Joseph – Ebonyi State
4. Goodluck Nana Obia – Imo State
5. Umar Ibrahim Yakub – Kano State
6. Ademola Adewole Adegorioye – Ondo State
7. Odum Udi – Rivers State.
