Rivers State high court sitting in Port Harcourt has granted the Honourable House of Rep member Farah Dagogo Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency bail after 62 day in detention subsequent move to Port Harcourt correctional centre.
The Rivers State government declared Farah Dagogo want in April and was subsequently arrested 24 hours latter when he for his own screening on alleged involvement with some hoodlums who came to disrupt the screening by the Rivers State PDP the their secretariat.
According to the Ruling, he is not expected to travel out Nigeria without the leave of the court and he was granted bail with the sum of 20,000,000 with a surety who must be an indigene of Rivers State with a landed property within Port Harcourt valued at N20,000,000.
The presiding is Justice is Chinwendu Nworgu.
