Rivers APC governorship candidate Toye Cole to be served a motion for substitution by the Federal High Court

The governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress in Rivers State has been taken to court my Mr. Bernard Mikko who is from Gokana Loacal government area of Rivers State.

Mr Mikko claimed the APC and INEC did not comply with the electoral act, praying the court to stop Tonye Cole from parading himself as the governorship candidate of the party.

Meanwhile Justice Phoebe Ayua of the Federal High Court has granted the motion ro serve Tonye Cole with the means of substitution.

The case has been adjourn to 8th of July.
