Rivers State host 52nd annual conference of Nigeria institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Rivers state cultural display




The Nigeria institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers founded in 1969 to secure and improve the technical knowledge which constitutes land economy, valuation and Appraisal of Real Estate in Nigeria.

A Rivers son from Ikwerre extraction, (Emma Wike) their president was seen enjoying cultural dances of Rivers People.

The 52nd Annual conference tagged GARDEN CITY 2022 with a cultural night at the Obi Wali Cultural Centre in Port Harcourt.


Different cultural groups in Rivers State displayed the cultures in the state during the event.
When a cultural group called Oboni Okwuta from Rumuokwuta community mounted the stage, the atmosphere in the hall changed and became charged and lively.

Their performance wowed and held the audience made up of important dignitaries and personalities from across Nigeria spellbound.
The President of the Institute, ESV Emma Okas Wike who was visibly elated, danced to his fill which attracted a few others to join in the stage performance.
