The Rivers State Taskforce on Sanitation met with heads of various radio stations in the State today.
At the meeting, chairman of the Taskforce, Hon. Isoboye Jack sought for cooperation and partnership with the media houses in the task of keeping the state clean.
He stated that the responsibility at hand requires the cooperation of all stakeholders, especially the media in terms of information dissemination.
Hon Isobo Jack appealed to the media heads to support in terms of programmes, jingles and information management.
In their responses, the media heads assured of support, saying they were also interested in a clean environment.
Hon Jack head of the Taskforce was also joined by Hon Victor Ihunwo and Josiah Olu.
