While addresing some journalist in Kaduna State on Monday, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Walid Jibrin said they will do whatever it takes to ensure Governor, Nyesom Wike, doesn’t defect to another party.
Chief barrister EN Wike who lost the presidential and vice presidential bid has been quiet. Following his loss, Wike accused party stakeholders from the south- south of betraying him.
Following these developments in the past weeks, there have been speculations that Wike may dump PDP to another party.
The Governor have been visited by Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso who are the presidential candidates of the Labour Party (LP) and New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), respectively the the BoT chairman's statement on Monday.
