French international Ousmane Dembele joined Barcelona in the summer 2017 and has been playing a vital role for Barcelona.
During January transfer window, Barcelona were ready to sell him due to breakdown in talks for his contract extension talk.
The winger has finally signed his new contract with the club after the expiration of of the previous one which will now run till 2024.
In his statement during press time he said:
“Barça was my dream club since I was little boy and I am looking forward to a new season and doing everything for this club,” Dembele explained.
“Barça was always my first option, and we are all happy and eager to start. Barça always has to be up there challenging for titles, and my dream is to win the Champions League. I will do everything, work hard for the boss on the pitch and hopefully this will be a big year for me and Barça”.
