Members of the Project Committee of FIDA Nigeria, Rivers State Branch visited the International Secondary School Rivers State University as part of FIDA Rivers school sensitization program.
It was an Interactive session, where the Children were taught the provisions of the Child Rights Law, Various Forms of Sexual Violence, Body Safety Rules, Manner and Etiquette.
The children were also educated on the right use of Internet and a guide on how to study effectively.
The program further had session for questions and answers.
FIDA Nigeria's primary role is to protect, promote and preserve the rights of women and children in Nigeria. They work for transparency and accountability with mutual respect and commitment. They are non-partisan.
