The level of insecurity in Emohua Local Government Area is becoming alarming as it has largely affected development in the area.
Unknown gunmen yesterday shot dead a former Head of vigilante in Ibaa community in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Sources say the heavily armed gunmen stormed the victim's house and shot him dead. The assailants also searched the houses of former security personnel, but could not find any other.
This was before shooting sporadically in the air which caused panic and tension in the area.
