INEC Rivers state unvail billboard on peace building ahead of 2023 elections

The Independent National Electoral Commision INEC in Rivers state has Unveiled a billboard geared toward peace building and conflict prevention by the Administrative Secretary.

The billboard was unveiled In Port Harcourt by Mr. Richter Alabraba.

The project was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Port-Harcourt Seaport as part of their Voter Sensitization programs/projects towards the 2023 General Elections.
