Rotary Club International Rumuogba Golden embarked in Eye care medical outreach for the people of the community with the theme, Vision for all.
So far over 200 residence of the community have benefited from the programme which also includes screening awareness of Hepatitis B.
president of Rotary Club of Rumuogba Golden, Ngozi Okwum, who spoke to newsmen expressed delight with the massive turn out of people from the community.
He also thanked the traditional ruler of Rumuogba community, Eze Temple Ejekwu (Eze iji- Nu- ede`) for his support while also describing the programme as a huge success.
"Meanwhile the paramount ruler thanked the club for their support he said: There was a free Screening for Hepatitis B and free Eye test at the Palace of HRH Eze (Barr.) Dr. Temple N. Ejekwu, JP. Eze Ogba Iji-Nu-Ede, Paramount Ruler of Rumuogba Kingdom for Chiefs, Elders, Women, Youths and both for non indigence who resides in Rumuogba on the 28th of July, 2022.
