The Rivers State Commissioner of Police has inaugurated the PCRC Youth Committee of the State Command.
PCRC is Police community relation Committee.
The CP, represented by the Rivers State Deputy Commissioner of Police, DC, Wagbara Peter, lauded the calibre of youths being constituted to lead, urging them to bring their wealth of experiences to bear in ensuring that our communities and indeed the State are very safe for all Rivers people.
Mr. Okwara Justin, Zone 16 Coordinator of the PCRC and dignitaries from all works of life including other serving and retired senior security officers, men of the academia, captains of industries, graced the memorable event, held at the Nigerian Police Officers Mess in Port Harcourt.
Those inaugurated include:
1. G. I. Madodoye - Rivers State Coordinator.
2. Felix O. Worlu - Deputy Coordinator.
3. Obihiele John - Secretary
4. Barinuazor Emmanuel - Financial Secretary.
5. Chinenye Esther - Public Relations Officer.
6. Barr. Rose Briggs - Legal Adviser.
Speaking earlier, Chairman of the PCRC, Rivers State Command, Chief Ogusu, charged the Youth Committee to drive home the message of peace and tranquility in all our communities.
