Air Peace stops flight services to Johannesburg, South Africa effective from August 22, 2022.

 

One of Nigerias carrier Air Peace has issued a statement that effective August 22, 2022 their flight route to  Johannesburg, South Africa will be suspended.

According to the tweet, their reason is because of delayed issuance of South African visas to travellers, worsening forex crunch and the increasing cost of aviation fuel.

Recall that flight service providers have been complaining of high cost of Aviation fuel and its scarcity in Nigeria.

The effects of delayed visa issuance has affected passenger load to the country.

They however regretted the development since it has become inevitable but stated that the situation may improve in 60 days.
