Benue state governor Samuel Ortom purchases security vehicles from Innoson for the state security outfit

Governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom has purchase about one hundred and fifty security vehicles for the state security outfit which he recently inaugurated.

For the past seven years, Benue state has experienced many bandit attacks which has rendered many homeless and businesses crippled.

Recently the governor inaugurated a security outfit to help the Nigeria security agencies in securing lives and properties in the state after calls from the people of Benue state for self defence.

In an interview, Ortom promised that security vehicles will be purchased and he will apply to President Buhari for Approval to enable members of the security outfit bear arms.

According to reports, the security vehicles are worth over 800,000,000 Nigeria Naira being an in-country made vehicle
