Man who has been has been terrorising the Tombia/Etegwe axis of Yenagoa Bayelsa State capital has been arrested by the State Volunteers Security Outfit (Bayelsa vigilante).
While he has being the vigilant's wanted list, an Iphone6s was which he stole was recovered an returned to the owner and confessed of being a gang leader of a notorious cult group in the state called 'BOBOS'
He has been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Bayelsa State Command for further investigation and prosecution.
