Some residents in Oyigbo local government area send save our souls message to Rivers State government over flooding

Since it has been raining for the past 4 days in Port Harcourt and its environs, it is expected that some residents of the state will experience flooding as some residents of grace land avenue in Oyigbo local government area of the state have sent a save our souls message to the State government.

The message was directed to Rivers State ministry of works and the Oyigbo local government council over the heavy flooding in their area due to bad road.

One of the residents, during a chat, lamented that they have not had a good road network over the past six years.

Recounting some of the loses they suffered due to the bad road in the area, he said the grace land avenue links Eleme junction and other important routes in the state.
