Governor Makinde demands Ayu’s Resignation during the South-West PDP stakeholders meeting

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has demanded that the National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Iyorchia Ayu, must resign.

Governor Makinde demanded for Ayu’s resignation during the South-West Peoples Democratic (PDP) stakeholders meeting in Ibadan.

The meeting had in attendance the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar,  Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Osun State Governor-Elect and many others.

The governor said Ayu must step down so that southerners will feel “fully included”.

Recall that Makinde ally, Governor NyesomWike, has demanded that Ayu step down for a southerner.
