In a statement, the Director of Public Relations National Headquarters in Abuja, Olusola Odumosu quoted the NSCDC Commandant General, Doctor Ahmed  Audi, vowing to sack the operatives, if  found culpable.

The viral video captured some personnel of the Corps allegedly extorting money from an Independent Petroleum Marketer in Rivers State.

The Commandant General said vowed that it would be the last time any member of the Corps would be involved in the   terrible crime, because enough is enough.

He added that the agency would never tolerate any act capable of endangering public interest as well as its mandate of safeguarding all Critical National Assets and Infrastructure in the country.
