Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari arrived Owerri Imo state today Tuesday Amid sit at home order by IPOB, The president who has shown that the Government is in charge inaugurated the 36km dual carriageway of Owerri-Orlu road in Imo State.
Meanwhile, he was earlier welcomed at the airport by the Imo State governor, Hope Uzodimma, and other dignitaries dressed in white outfits and red caps.
