As the Rivers State governor Nyesom Wike returns with Rivers State aircraft that was abandoned in Germany by the previous administration traditional rulers, women, youths gather at the Port Harcourt international airport for a reception by the Rivers State government.
The Legacy 600 Aircraft was bought during administration of Dr.Peter Odili as the official aircraft of Rivers State Government.
The aircraft was said to have been missing since 2012 but was later recovered by Gov. Nyesom Wike in January this year in Germany.
