Peter Obi the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti, visited Bauchi State, in continuation of their tour of flood ravaged areas.
The presidential hopeful commended the effort of the Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed in supporting victims of the flooding.
He subsequently called on the Federal Government to send a delegation to assess the level of damage with a view to supporting the victims. while on the tour, he also visited the Emir of Bauchi, Rilwanu Suleman, in his palace, prominent Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, and Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohamed to express his commiserations.
