The South-South coordinator, PDP ward2ward, Hon. Onengiye Leonard Tamunoigbeinbia received a group of grassroot ladies at his country home in Okrika LGA of Rivers State.
The grassroot ladies who came to pledge their support to Hon. Leonard indicated their interest to work with him at all levels having seen his personality and philanthropic gestures in Rivers state and beyond.
In his response, Hon. Leonard appreciated the women for their show of love, he applauded their good works in the grassroots noting that he has a high respect for women in politics especially because the National Coordinator of PDP ward2ward is a woman who has created capacity around the nation.
He charged the women to go to their various units and wards to campaign for H.E Atiku Abubakar and all PDP candidates in the forthcoming general elections assuring them that Atiku has the capacity to rescue Nigeria and making the country one of the fastest developing countries in the world.
He officially incorporated them into the PDP ward2ward in preparation for the campaign season.
