Federal high court strikes out Fara Dagogo suit challenging the emergence of Sim Fubara

Federal high court sitting in ABUJA strikes out Fara Dagogo suit challenging the emergence of Sim Fubara as the Rivers state PDP gubernatorial flag bearer.

By the ruling of the federal high court, Dagogo has lost his claims on the process of PDP primary in Rivers State.

In their ruling, the court said it is only an aspirants that can challenge the outcome of a primary election also, that picking form doesn't make you an aspirant.

Dagogo did not participate and was not screened for the PDP primaries due to his arrest by Nigeria police force.
