HRM. King Ateke Tom receive Bayelsa State house of Assembly member and his committee on an visitation visit for a festival

For the celebration of Odi Ogoriba Uge festival which is an annual festival held by the people of Odi community in Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA of Bayelsa State, Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah and his committee have visited the Amayanabo of Okochiri Kingdom HRM. King Ateke Tom in Okrika, Rivers State.

The committee headed by the law maker who is a member of Bayelsa State house of Assembly visited him to invite him to the 2022 edition of the festival. 

Odi Ogori Ba which means Odi killing the buffalo is a celebration to commemorate a historical killing of a wild Buffalo that tormented the people of Odi seven decades ago.

The Amanyanabo however promised to be part of the 2022 edition of the event.
