Ahmed Dikko has given assurance to Nigerians that the Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited, at eleme Local Government Area would be completed and running within first quarter of 2023.
This assurance was given During a visit by federal House of Representatives Ad-Hoc Committee to the facility for update on the state of the rehabilitation.
He said by the time the entire project is completed by the end of 2024, the facility would have a refining capacity of 210 bpd.
After the inspection, Hon Ganiyu Johnson Chairman of the Ad-Hoc Committee, expressed satisfaction with the level of work done so far.
